Voltage Conditioning on Capacitor

I was spending  a lot of time to find out what's voltage conditioning on capacitor. It's actually kind of Burn In test required to be performed on capacitor in order to meet industry requirements. Typically, burn in test is to heat up an electronic component at the certain temperature for hours. However, voltage conditioning process is to supply voltage to capacitor at the rated voltage or other voltage higher than rated voltage, and at the test temperature for certain hours.
